Bruce Spence (born September 17, 1945) is a New Zealand actor who portrayed Tion Medon, Port Administrator of Utapau in Revenge of the Sith. He has a huge fan base due to his participation in various popular sci-fi projects such as The Road Warrior, Matrix trilogy, Lord of the Rings, and Star Wars.
