Commander Buckeye was an Imperial Officer during the Galactic Civil War. Commander Buckeye served aboard Nebulon-B2 frigate Ludwick. As part of Grand Admiral Thrawn's task force to establish XQ3 Platform NL-1 as a foothold in the Pakuuni system. During this engagement Commander Buckeye oversaw the final preparations of NL-1 prior to Thrawn's inspection, moreover repelling several attacks from Rebel and pirate forces in the system.
