Bundil II was an Imperial XQ2 Platform which was also used as a prison station.

HistoryEdit

The station was to receive prisoners from Echo Base by the Dreadnaught VTR-LX. However it was attacked at Calast where all of its Assault Gunboats were lost and Rebel X-wings and Y-wings were in pursuit. The ship managed to arrive at Bundil II when it was disabled by rebel Y-wings.

Once the dreadnaught was disabled, the station, knowing that this was a rescue operation, unleashed its wings of TIE Fighters and TIE Interceptors. They were all destroyed. When the Assault Transport arrived at the station, Bundil II, out of desperation, launched TIE Bombers, all of which were destroyed as well. The station called for any Imperial ships to assist which the Nebulon-B2 frigate Archon arrived. By that time however, the prisoners were rescued and the Dreadnaught was destroyed by a bomb left behind by the Rebel Commandos.
