Burr Nolyds was a male Human, a wealthy aristocrat with a reputation for arrogance. A supporter of Palpatine, he achieved power through the buying and supplying of important resources for the Empire.
No longer young at the time, in 11 ABY he backed Carnor Jax's plans to kill Palpatine's clones after witnessing what Nolyds believed to be symptoms of the clone's mental instability. The degree of this betrayal was debatable because he was unaware that the clones were inhabited by the original Palpatine. For his support, Jax placed him on the Interim Ruling Council.
After Jax was killed, Nolyds became head of the Council, and opposed the faction that promoted peace with the New Republic. Shortly after his accession, Nolyds was assassinated via an exploding message disk. Feena D'Asta, who lead the Council's peace faction, was suspected; however, the true culprit was Nom Anor.
