The nickname "Butcher of Dac" was an apelative earned by Vul Isen, a Givin Force-sensitive scientist and member of the One Sith who had participated actively in the Genocide on Dac. Isen not only created the Sea Leviathan, but was also directly responsible for the deaths of more than eighty percent of the entire population of Dac, killed by the viral spores Isen used to poison the planet's oceans in order to execute the Final Protocol.
