CC-1138, nicknamed "Bacara," was a Marshal Commander who led the Galactic Marines, a unit of clone troopers famous for its distinctive armor and relentlessness in combat. Bacara served the Galactic Republic alongside Jedi General Ki-Adi-Mundi during the Clone Wars; the pair fought to capture the planet Mygeeto from the Confederacy of Independent Systems. When Order 66 was issued, Bacara and the Galactic Marines turned against Mundi and executed him.

BiographyEdit

Early lifeEdit

CC-1138, later known as "Bacara", was a clone of the bounty hunter Jango Fett created and trained on the planet Kamino.[1] There, he trained with an ex-Journeyman Protector. After his training, he then received training from ARC troopers.[3]

The Clone WarsEdit

During the Outer Rim Sieges of the Clone Wars, Bacara served as the Marshal Commander[4] of the Galactic Marines. He served as Jedi General Ki-Adi-Mundi's second in command. Together, they fought in many battles.[3]

Bacara, along with Mundi and the Galactic Marines, were located on Mygeeto where he and Mundi led the Marines against Separatist Alliance forces including Octuptarra tri-droids. Eventually, Bacara and his troops received Order 66 from Supreme Chancellor Sheev Palpatine, and he and his troopers then opened fire on Mundi, killing him.[5][6]

Personality and traitsEdit

Following his training with the Journeyman Protectors, Bacara was seen as a loner.[3] Under the leadership of Ki-Adi-Mundi, Bacara's extremely strict and militant philosophies were often at odds with Mundi's Jedi training. After many battles together, however, Mundi earned the respect of his subordinates.[7]
