CRX-Tug

The CRX-Tug was a freighter designed for short range transportation. It helped guide bulk transports into spaceports where they could dock. The ship was as old model and rarely seen during the time of the Galactic Empire, having been produced well before the Clone Wars. It was equipped without a hyperdrive and intended for in-system towing.
The craft was unpopular for being slow and unwieldy and for having no shields. The ship's power coupling configuration also made it difficult to install weapons of any kind. The smuggler Rooty owned a modified CRX-Tug known as the Solar Grazer.
