CT-19/39, also known as Green Wizard, was a clone trooper sergeant with commando training who served during the Clone Wars and died during the Battle of Praesitlyn.

Green Wizard was performing a reconnaissance mission of the Separatist battle lines during the Battle of Praesitlyn, after getting his information he started to head back to the Republic base but artillery came in early from a nervous non-clone officer and ripped his leg off. His orders were for complete com silence, so he could not report his information. He tried to crawl his way back to base but he decide that he would die before he was able to make it back to the base so he planned to break com silence unfortunately the explosion that had took his leg also took his com. His last thoughts were that he had done the best he could have done. Since he did not make it back with the intel many clone troopers were killed in the upcoming battle.

The reason for his name "Green Wizard" was because of the green markings on his armor, and his skill with reconnaissance. He was most likely not a Republic Commando, but a trooper that had received specialized "commando" training like CT-12/74, CT-44/444, CT-36/732, CT-X270 and Cody's Squad Seven Commandos.
