CT-4/619 was a clone trooper pilot serving with the Grand Army of the Republic during the Clone Wars.

In the first month of the conflict, he was stationed on Raxus Prime, where he rescued Boba Fett from Cydon Prax. He, along with partner CT-5/501, transported Fett in a LAAT/i gunship from the planet's surface to the Acclamator I-class assault ship Candaserri in orbit.
