CT-43/002 was one of seven standard infantry clone troopers in the Grand Army of the Republic's Muunilinst 10, a group of ten clones sent to disable a Confederacy artillery emplacement and capture San Hill during the Battle of Muunilinst.

His involvment in the Clone Wars was cut short by a well-placed sniper shot taken in the chest during the battle.
When the group's LAAT/i gunship was shot down and the clones spread out, battle droid assassins fired upon them. After firing back towards the attackers, CT-43/002 was killed in the ensuing firefight, unable to take cover.
Later, ARC Captain Alpha-77, the clone in charge of the unit, was awarded the Chancellor's Service Medal for his actions at the Battle of Hypori. Fordo, however, transferred the award to CT-43/002 to honor him for his bravery at Muunilinst.
