CT-5/501 was a clone trooper pilot stationed on Raxus Prime during the Clone Wars. He was the co-pilot, along with CT-4/619, of a LAAT/i gunship while attempting to capture Count Dooku, but ended up rescuing Raxus Prime "orphan" Boba Fett. He then flew to the Acclamator-class assault ship Candaserri.
