CZ-13, also known as Cees, was a friendly and efficient receptionist droid active during the Galactic Civil War between the Galactic Empire and the Alliance to Restore the Republic. During the conflict the droid worked for IsoTech, a front-company for the black-market tech-salavaging operations of the Twi'lek siblings Reom and Shira. CZ-13 served as the receptionist at the company's offices on The Wheel space station.[1]
CZ-13 was present when a group of spacers hired by Reom to search for the Sa Nalaor, a lost Munificent-class star frigate belonging to the Confederacy of Independent Systems. When the spacers arrived at the offices, CZ-13 greeted them and then locked the doors behind them before verifying their identities. Explaining that the doors were locked due to increased security caused by recent events, meaning fears the rivals would try and steal information concerning the Sa Nalaor, CZ-13 then guided the group to Reom's office.[1]

CZ-13 first appeared in Beyond the Rim, an adventure module written by Sterling Hershey in 2013 for the Fantasy Flight Games roleplaying game, Star Wars: Edge of the Empire.
