Cadet commander was a rank given to the foremost cadet at the Syndic Mitth'raw'nuruodo training academy, who served as a leader of the other cadets. Shawnkyr Nuruodo held this rank in 19 ABY before turning it over to Jagged Fel when Fel helped defeat a pirate raid.
