Calimondretta was a city that was located on the frozen planet Syned, in the Grumani sector. It was constructed from the Synedian ice, and was controlled by the Arkadianate, a Sith state that was led by the Sith Lord Arkadia Calimondra. During the Siege of Calimondretta in 1,032 BBY, the city suffered extensive damage during an escape attempt by the Jedi Knight Kerra Holt, the Brigadier Jarrow Rusher, and the Bothan spy Narsk Ka'hane. During the chaos, five hundred Arkadianate citizens deserted Arkadia, seeking refuge aboard the Diligence.
