Candleberry reduction sauce was a type of sauce that was served with groat chop at the Bistro De Lothal restaurant on the planet Lothal in around 5 BBY. The chop and sauce was available as the third course of a four course meal of the day that the eatery served for 125 credits, the menu for which was advertised on fliers produced by the establishment.

Candleberry reduction sauce was first mentioned in Star Wars Rebels: Rebel Journal by Ezra Bridger, a reference book written by Daniel Wallace and released in 2014. Candleberries were a type of fruit that was previously mentioned in Yoda: Dark Rendezvous, a 2004 Star Wars Legends novel by Sean Stewart.
