Candleberry reduction sauce was a type of sauce that was served with groat chop at the Bistro De Lothal restaurant on the planet Lothal[1] in around 5 BBY.[2] The chop and sauce was available as the third course of a four course meal of the day that the eatery served for 125 credits, the menu for which was advertised on fliers produced by the establishment.[1]

Behind the scenesEdit

Candleberry reduction sauce was first mentioned in Star Wars Rebels: Rebel Journal by Ezra Bridger, a reference book written by Daniel Wallace and released in 2014. Candleberries were a type of fruit that was previously mentioned in Yoda: Dark Rendezvous, a 2004 Star Wars Legends novel by Sean Stewart.
