Candobar Inglet was the khedive of Sluis Van and the Sluis Sector during the Clone Wars and the era preceding it. Shortly before the start of the war, he and his sector defected to the Confederacy of Independent Systems. It was believed that the presence of the rogue Judicial Department ship Scarlet Thranta might have helped decide him to join with the Separatists.
