The Nyubba-class cargo barge driver employed specialized cargo barges to supplement its carrying capacity. Attached to the fore and aft of the ship's central section, the cargo barges increased the cargo space of a typical Nyubba-class vessel. The Chubby Gundark held the record for transporting the most barge with an uncontrolled landing; a total of thirteen barges over thirty-five parsecs.
