Cat Miin was the chief aide of Presidente Shu Mai of the Commerce Guild during the final stages of the Clone Wars. A female Gossam from the world of Castell, she had wrinkled blue skin, an elongated neck ringed with silver bands, and a small, shriveled head topped by a silver headpiece.

In 22 BBY, Cat Miin was present on Geonosis when Presidente Mai pledged the support of the Commerce Guild to the Separatist Alliance.
During the Clone Wars, Cat Miin oversaw the distribution of raw materials to the Separatist Droid Army.
At the end of the Clone Wars, Cat Miin helped her mistress evacuate Felucia to the Separatist stronghold on Utapau, and later to Mustafar. There, she and Mai were both decapitated by Darth Vader, who had been sent by Darth Sidious to eliminate the members of the Separatist Council.

It is possible that Cat Miin's CGI work was the same model used for Shu Mai, as their appearances are similar, the only difference being colors for the skin and clothes.
