Assassins, spies, informants, smugglers and other agents affiliated with the Galactic Empire, but not through its proper institutions. These agents were typically hired for specific missions, or in rarer instances, held on retainer by powerful Imperial officers, and should not be confused with Imperial intelligence agents.
