The Celdaru system was a star system that was located within the Wild Space region of the galaxy.[1] The system was the origin point of the epithet Scourge of Celdaru,[2][3] which was self-assumed by the Imperial technician Sulamar.[2]

Behind the scenesEdit

The Celdaru system was first mentioned in the 2009 reference book The Essential Atlas, written by Jason Fry and Daniel Wallace, which placed the system in grid square I-8.[4]

Jason Fry, co-author of The Essential Atlas, stated his intention to create homeworlds for numerous species based on context implied from their names. Given this principle, this article makes a similar basic assumption for the Scourge of Celdaru in relation to the Celdaru system.
