Cell sample B-2332-54 was the sorting code assigned by Imperial archivists to Luke Skywalker's hand, which he lost in a duel with Darth Vader on Cloud City.

The hand was found by the Ugnaught Groggin in the bowels of Cloud City. Recovered by Imperial agents along with Anakin Skywalker's lightsaber which he used to fight Obi-Wan Kenobi on Mustafar, the sample was used to create a clone of Luke Skywalker, renamed Luuke Skywalker by the mad clone Jedi Master Joruus C'baoth.
