The Central Dwelling was a living area within the Gathering Circle of the planet Kegan's lone city. The Dwelling was a low, circular building with a domed roof painted gold. It sat next to the coliseum used for governing of the populace, and was home to V-Tan and O-Vieve, the city's Benevolent Guides. The Central Dwelling was not part of the Dwelling Circle, where many of the city's other residents resided.[1]
