The Central Storage Core was the large central area of Outbound Flight, surrounded by six Dreadnaught-class heavy cruisers. It contained the food and supplies that the colonists would need on their journey, and was arranged so that if any of the six Dreadnaughts detached, they could each easily load one-sixth of its supplies into their ship.

The only survivors of the attack that destroyed the Outbound Flight were the crew that Jedi Master Jorus C'baoth imprisoned in the core.
