Cerean was the official language of the planet Cerea.^[1]

It was mainly spoken by native Cereans.^[1] Despite their isolationist stance,^[2] the Cereans also learned to speak Basic since their childhood.^[1]

In the language, "chu'unthor" meant "academy."
