Detective Chal Tozr was the male Bith investigator sent by Coruscant Security along with his partner, Gwad Raatu, to investigate the death of Jedi Master Tresina Lobi. He later accompanied Jedi Masters Luke and Mara Jade Skywalker in their search for Lumiya.
