The Chandrila Public Safety Commission was an organization that was responsible for medical and emergency crisis response on Chandrila. As of 22 BBY, the organization had 575 employees. That year, in response to the vote to form the Grand Army of the Republic, the employees who believed this would would depersonalize their services (one of which was Ocandra Leeds) walked off the job for 48 standard hours.
