Choka Skell was a Yuuzhan Vong warrior assigned to Master Shaper Nei Rin at the Jedi Temple on Ossus. Skell and Liaan Lah accompanied Nei Rin on a fact finding mission on the sabotage of the Ossus Project, only to return to find that all the warriors and shapers at the temple had been killed.
Considering his name, he must have been a member of Domain Skell.
