Chonyo was a male Yuuzhan Vong warrior, who lived at some point after the end of the Yuuzhan Vong War. He once served with a Human pirate Jariah Syn and told him a lot about the Yuuzhan Vong, including their language, the characteristics of bioengineered plants and the way of the Yuuzhan Vong warriors.
