Chortav Meshurkaane was a street on the Outer Rim world of Mandalore, located within the capital city of Keldabe.[1] When translated from the Mando'a language to Galactic Basic Standard, Chortav Meshurkaane meant Gem-Cutters Street.[2] Twice a week, on Keldabe's market days, the several tapcafs along Chortav Meshurkaane's length were joined by numerous market stalls that lined the street. These stalls sold items ranging from precious metals and gemstones to leather goods, including gloves, belts, and kamas. One end of Chortav Meshurkaane opened onto a paved, outdoor square in front of the Oyu'baat tapcaf, which also tended to be filled with merchant stalls selling their wares and foodstuffs.[1]
