Christan Simpson

Christian Simpson is a British actor, writer, and composer who portrayed starfighter pilot Bravo Six, Lieutenant Gavyn Sykes, in Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace.[1] Simpson's likeness was reused for Sykes in the MMORPG Star Wars Galaxies and the game Battle For Naboo.

Simpson served as Hayden Christensen's Stand-in during the filming of Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith[2][3] as well as playing the actions of the female BD-3000 luxury droid.[4]

In Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens Simpson voiced numerous Aliens and Stormtroopers[5][6], as well as co-producing Nien Nunb's dialogue with Matthew Wood.[7][8]

Christian Simpson is the voice of Resistance X-Wing pilot C'ai Threnalli, whose appearances include Lego Star Wars: The Force Awakens and The Force Awakens.[9][10][11]

He also voices the member of Saw's Rebels reclaiming Jedha Kyber crystals in Rogue One: A Star Wars Story.[12]

In addition to his work on the Star Wars saga, he has been seen in several other notable film and television productions. These include Independence Day: Resurgence[13], The Dark Knight Trilogy: Batman Begins[14], Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire as 'Old Fred Weasley' (double)[15][16][17], True Blood[18], EastEnders, Family Affairs, Red Cap, Casualty and Spooks: MI-5.[19]

In 2011 Simpson appeared on the cover of the Star Wars: The Official Starships & Vehicles Collection 62 magazine.

Simpson is also a writer of award-winning stories and screenplays[20]. His time travel novel The Chrononaut is being developed as a TV series with Superman Returns Executive Producer Gil Adler attached[20].

In 2014 Simpson became a contributor for Disney Lucasfilm's official StarWars.com.[21]

He has appeared as a guest at a number of autograph signing conventions for entertainment fans in Japan, Germany[22], Canada, Great Britain[23], and most recently at San Diego Comic Con in the USA.[24]
