Christopher Neame played Jerec in Star Wars: Jedi Knight: Dark Forces II. Most depictions of Jerec are based on his appearance. The only source that depicts Jerec as somewhat thin—at least thinner than Neame—is the New Essential Guide to Characters. NEGtC also depicts Jerec as completely bald although Neame was only partially so.

A young Christopher Neame appeared opposite Star Wars notables Christopher Lee (Count Dooku) and Peter Cushing (Grand Moff Tarkin) in the Hammer horror film Dracula A.D. 1972. In that movie, Neame played "Johnny Alucard", a young man who plotted to resurrect Dracula. Neame also played a Nazi general in the two part episode "Stormfront" of Star Trek: Enterprise. More recently, he provided additional voices for Star Wars: The Old Republic.
Outside of Star Wars, Neame played the villain Skagra in the science-fiction series Doctor Who in the unbroadcasted serial Shada.
