This CIS mining base was located on the planet of Christophsis during the Clone Wars. It was there where CIS Miner droids dropped off their load of force crystals. It was used as a base and a factory for battle droids.

HistoryEdit

During the Clone Wars, Padmé Amidala and Captain Rex were investigating on the planet. They discovered the base and the miners from the CIS. Padmé and Rex instantly reported the Jedi Council, but during the conversation, she and her protector were attacked and captured. Yoda then sent two Jedi to the planet to rescue the senator and clone trooper, and investigate the scene. It is unknown where Padmé and Rex were taken to, but most likely boarded the LAAT/i piloted by Commander Gree. Soon after, however, two more Jedi are sent to the base along with Padmé, Rex, C-3PO, and R2-D2. It was here that the Jedi learn of the Devastation from R2-D2 and C-3PO. Soon after, the two Jedi find Count Dooku, and get close to attacking, when Dooku escapes. It is unknown what happened to the base after Dooku flees.
