Chubar was a character from an animated children's holoprogram series, voiced by famed child actor Garik "Face" Loran. Chubar was a Bilar, and the exceptionally intelligent pet of a young Human girl. The character was the inspiration for Project Chubar, an Imperial program to modify Gamorreans and members of other non-Human species to think and behave like Humans.
