Chyntuck was an onion-like vegetable from Kashyyyk. The native Wookiees cultivated it for use in cooking. At Chewbacca's and Mallatobuck's wedding, it was served in the form of rings. It was considered to be a delicacy. Han Solo deemed it as a "safe" food, fit for Human consumption—as many Wookiee foods were spicy enough to cause damage to a Human's gullet.
