Cioral was a planet of the Chiss Ascendancy in the Unknown Regions and was located at galactic coordinates F-8 in the Cioral system. It was home of the Csapla Family, one of the Chiss Ruling Families; therefore, as with many other homeworlds of Ruling Families, Cioral was located on the Path of the Houses, a hyperlane in the Ascendancy's core territory. Cioral was also a heavily urbanized planet from which a half-dozen Chiss agricultural colonies were overseen.^[1]
