The Citizen's Council of Dodz was the ruling body of the planet Dodz. It was led by the Head Councilman. During the Imperial Period, a man named Kugg declared himself governor of Dodz and enforced his tyranny with a Destroyer droid that killed any who stood in his way. Head Councilman Althon and the entire council found themselves powerless against him until a Ranger X-One defense robot destroyed the droid.
