The Civic Center was a building that was located in the town Forard, on the planet Almas.
History

During the time of the Clone Wars, a conference was held in the conference room of the Civic Center, to discuss an attempt that had been made to implicate the Jedi in a plot to crash a comet into Almas. A delegation from Cularin SpaceNav, Ul-Modo of the Cularin Militia, the Vice President of Hedrett Shipping and Investments, E1-6RA of the Almas Academy and the heroes of Cularin all attended the conference.
