The title of this article is conjectural.

Although this article is based on canonical information, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

The "technology-deficient planet" was a technologically primitive planet inhabited by Humans, or Near-humans. Their technology had not developed beyond the use of horses, slugthrowers, and metal swords. They had no advanced technology whatsoever.

Han Solo once crash-landed there and ended up solving a national crisis of one of the kingdoms of the planet.
