A climate disruption array was a technological device that could be deployed in the orbit of a planet to provoke storms and hurricanes on its surface from space. In the penultimate year of the Galactic Civil War, Captain Lerr Duvat of the Galactic Empire's starfleet deployed several climate disruption arrays in orbit over Naboo, as a part of Operation: Cinder.[1]
