Clone Intelligence were the espionage units in the Grand Army of the Republic.

The Intelligence units consisted of different types of clones, including the Null-class Advanced Recon Commandos and Clone shadow troopers.

When a Separatist mystery ship began destroying Galactic Republic starships, Clone Intelligence reported that the enemy ship left no survivors in its wake. After the ships destruction, they later reported the sighting of General Grevious at Balmorra.

They informed Supreme Chancellor Palpatine about General Grievous's hideout on Utapau in 19 BBY.
