The CoCo District Constabulary was the police force of the Collective Commerce District on Coruscant and was separate from the Coruscant Security Force. It also operated the CoCo Penitentiary. It could be contacted via the communications code CDC.403.432.1156.321.

In 22 BBY, three jailmates escaped via a supply truck in the laundry wing, including the Humans Achk Med-Beq and Dannl Faytonni, and a Borlovian smuggler named Llollulion.
