The Cobral was a smuggler and black market organization established by former members of the Cobral rule of Frego. After the Cobrals lost control over Frego and its leaders were imprisoned, some of its members relocated to Rori which became their base of operations. In addition to criminal activities, the Cobral tried desperately to get their former leaders out of prison.
