Comm Center was an Imperial Communications Relay. Imperial defector Zaletta used this Relay in 3 ABY to divert messages and inform the Rebel Alliance. It was surrounded by 4 Communications satellites which were protected by small minefields around them.

It was traced by Rebels who intended to discover their mysterious informer. After the Relay was locateδ, forces of A-wings including Ace Azzameen went to the area and inspect it, after clearing it from the minefield.

The Python was called in to download its logs. During the boarding operation, the Python was threatened by TIE Bombers coming from Escort Carrier Halberd which arrived to the area to prevent the operation.

Python was successfully defended from the TIE Bombers and the Rebel forces returned to their base.
