Commander True was the alias of a citizen of the Galactic Republic who assisted "Captain Benegryph Goodvalor" in his propaganda broadcasts. While Goodvalor was representing Marn Hierogryph after his heroic actions during the battle of Serroco - and was in fact voiced by Hierogryph's brother - Commander True was the concocted identity of Marn's Trandoshan companion Slyssk, though he was also voiced by a different person.
