This was a peace conference that took place in 21 BBY on the planet Mandalore, and presided over by Duchess Satine Kryze. The Republic was represented by Senators Bail Prestor Organa, Mon Mothma and Padmé Amidala. The final of these three was a personal representative of Supreme Chancellor Palpatine who told the Separatists that actions already done could not be undone. Senator Voe Atell then demanded that the Republic represent them as a separate state.

Lux Bonteri then interrupted the summit, with his accusations of murder and betrayal by Count Dooku. He was soon afterward escorted out by Separatist BX-series droid commandos for execution. Shortly after his escape, the negotiations fell apart completely.
