Controller LT-319.
Controller was a title given to officers. LT-319 operated as a controller and the lead intelligence officer in the Imperial Information Office of the Galactic Empire.[1][2] The Empire also utilized flight controllers,[3] and controller droids such as the RQ protocol droid oversaw operations in spaceports on planets including Lothal.[4]
