Conversation in Shadow is an article written by August Hahn and Cynthia Hahn as a tie in to the Living Force campaign. It was published on the Wizards of the Coast website on July 29, 2004 and described a visit by Jedi Master Mace Windu to the Almas Academy. He had been asked to come by Lanius Qel-Bertuk who had some concerns over his new staff member Darrus Jeht. Windu told Qel-Berturk the particular history of Jeht and then departed for Coruscant.
In the context of the Living Force campaign, following this article, Jedi player-characters faced an increasingly chance that their mentor or a close Jedi friend would be killed during the Clone Wars.
