The Corbantis system was the site of a skirmish between several capital ships during the Clone Wars. This skirmish included the Acclamator I-class assault ship Prosecutor, which had been taken by Trandoshan slavers and mercenaries (with the help of Separatist scavenger droids) with the loss of all hands including Captain Martz. Also included in the skirmish were the Acclamator I-class assault ship Arrestor and a Lucrehulk-class battleship.
