The Corporate Alliance Directorate, also referred to as the Alliance Exec board, was the governing body of the Corporate Alliance prior to and during the Clone Wars. Magistrate Passel Argente led both the Alliance Directorate and the Corporate Alliance itself.

During the Clone Wars, Acquisitions Specialist Oro Dassyne was promoted to the rank of general by Argente to serve in the armed forces of the Confederacy of Independent Systems.
