Coruscant Global Newsgrid was a major news agency based on Coruscant. Its programming focused primarily on local Coruscanti news as well as relavent New Republic issues and government happenings. In 16 ABY, it was one of the first agencies to display footage of Aramadia's violent take off when Nil Spaar fled Coruscant. It also made a report that Leia Organa Solo had resigned as president of the New Republic, which was false.
